10 KB page beside a 556 KB store homepage
Canonicals point at the main shop
Google Tag Manager installed
No rebuild of the existing store
Constraint
Rock The Treatment sells curated chemo and radiation care packages from a WooCommerce store whose homepage weighs about 556 KB. The brief was not to rebuild the store; it was to give phone shoppers a fast way in.
What we did
We built a static, mobile-first storefront on Vercel at m.rockthetreatment.com, served from the edge with lazy-loaded product images. Its canonicals point back at the main shop, so it adds speed without creating duplicate content, and Google Tag Manager is installed so its visits are measured.
Result
m.rockthetreatment.com is live at about 10 KB of HTML, beside the 556 KB WordPress homepage it complements.
Scope
- Mobile storefront design and build
- Technical SEO
- Tag Manager setup
